                   A RESOLUTION TO REVOKE THE SPECIAL COMMISSION
                   OF THE INDIVIDUALS NAMED HEREIN.

              	   WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has received information
         indicating that the individuals named hereinbelow have each 
left
         the employment of his sponsoring employer;
                                  NOW, THEREFORE,
              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the special commission issued to 
the
         following individuals be and the same is hereby revoked or
         canceled effective immediately:
        
              	   	     	  Kevin J. Dossett
              	   	     	  Dennis P. Chastain
              	   	     	  Darrell N. Kirby
              	   	     	  Bruce Ross
              	   	     	  Paul Holloway
